La charpente en cintres entrecroisés évoque leurs gestes en mouvement et dessine un volume enveloppant, conçu pour stimuler leur perception kinesthésique.

Les spectateurs ne sont pas oubliés : une tribune surélevée, positionnée dans l’axe du plateau, garantit une expérience visuelle optimale.

Alliant simplicité, élégance et efficacité, le projet optimise l’enveloppe pour limiter les déperditions thermiques, tout en générant de la hauteur uniquement là où elle est utile. Les façades rectilignes laissent pénétrer une lumière généreuse, offrant au cœur du bâtiment une atmosphère lumineuse et chaleureuse.

Nestled within a future park structured around a water feature, the gymnasium adopts an ovoid timber form, carved away on two sides to create transparent façades. These filtered openings gently reveal the inner soul of the space while drawing the surrounding landscape inward.

The architecture flows with the natural lines of the site, embracing its curves to offer gymnasts an immersive environment. The interlaced arching structure echoes their expressive movements and shapes an enveloping volume designed to enhance kinesthetic perception.

Spectators are not forgotten; an elevated grandstand, positioned along the central axis of the performance area, ensures optimal viewing conditions.

Combining simplicity, elegance and efficiency, the building form is optimized to reduce the thermal exchange envelope, creating vertical height only where needed. The rectilinear façades allow abundant natural light to flood the core of the building, creating a luminous and inviting atmosphere.
